Many of our current customers utilize the maintenance contract to maintain their fleet of buses. Under this alternative, the buses remain the property of the customer and King Transportation puts them under our Preventative Maintenance Program. We will ensure that your equipment meets and exceeds all Government and Manufacturer's maintenance requirements. King Transportation is prepared to supplement your fleet with our buses in the event of a shortage of equipment or maintenance down-time.

The benefit of a maintenance contract is that you avoid the significant cost of constructing (or renting), staffing and  maintaining a maintenance facility. You get the cost  savings on your parts that we achieve by buying in large  quantities and carrying distributorships. Your monthly  billing is based only on the maintenance work that you  approve. For rural clients the travel cost involved is far  outweighed by the savings of a preventative maintenance   program and the reduced cost of parts. You are also  dealing with a company that specializes in school bus  maintenance and repair. This is often difficult to find and  expensive at a smaller rural operation.
